Hugh Stagg is the Wellbeing Activator at Culturise. The motivation behind becoming a Mental Health First Aid Trainer comes from Hugh's involvement in both schools and sports clubs. Hugh wants to guide people through ways we can better understand and help those in a crisis along with noticing signs and symptoms of mental illness, these important steps in creating mentally healthy environments both at home, work and everywhere in-between. As a young person himself, Hugh brings a practical and deep understanding of the challenges faced by the current generation.
